The Calendar in TeamLab is a view that helps team members to manage their day to day activities and offers different views for a day, week, month and year.  The Calendar offers three different types of events that can be scheduled and managed:

All-day Events: An event that has a duration of at least a full day is known in TeamLab as an ‘all-day event’. When a new event is created, simply check the All-day event tick box in the Add New Event window.

Recurring Events: A recurring event is one which happens repeatedly at a fixed time interval. So, it might be a team meeting that happens every Friday morning at 10am for an hour, for example, or it might be a report that must be distributed to stakeholders on the first Monday of every calendar month.  To create a recurring event, choose the required recurrence timescale from the ‘Repeat’ drop down list within the Create New Event window.

Shared Events: a shared event is one to which others will be invited. This might be a workshop, for example, or a larger seminar.  The event itself is created as a normal calendar event, using the Add new Event window. Then, click the ‘Add users for sharing’ link to open the Sharing Settings window.  To share the event with individual users simply click the ‘Add users’ link.  There is also the option to choose multiple recipients with the  ‘Add group’ link.
