  • Contact management: Apollo also offers integrated contact management, allowing users to capture and manage a variety of communications with customers and suppliers, for example, recording and managing sales leads, managing negotiations with new suppliers, etc.
  • Document management: a centralized storage and management facility for project related documentation means that all team members can be assured of accessing the most current versions of documents, with ease.

Apollo has a pricing structure with 4 options:

  • Basic at $23 per month, which includes 18 projects, 5Gb storage, unlimited project users and 7 CRM users
  • Plus at $48 per month, which includes 40 projects, 15Gb storage, unlimited project users and 18 CRM users
  • Premium at $98 per month, which includes 115 projects, 30Gb storage, unlimited project users and 40 CRM users
  • Max at $148 per month, which includes unlimited projects, 75Gb storage, unlimited project users and unlimited CRM users
