Hot! HootSuite Conversations: Bringing More Value to Your Social Media Tool

It’s no secret that we’re huge fans of HootSuite here at Zincubate! We love how easy HootSuite makes it to manage all your social network accounts from a central location and we consider it to be THE ONLY social media management system out there.

HootSuite had announced its integration with Google Analytics a few months ago (you can learn to connect your HootSuite account with Google Analytics here), and has offered yet another amazing feature of its services: HootSuite Conversations.

What is HootSuite Conversations?

Managing multiple social networks requires a bit of collaboration among team members. With HootSuite Conversations, you can now bring the social media discussion INTO your social media management tool. Say goodbye to countless email threads dealing with social media for your business!

HootSuite Conversations is available to users to help simplify conversations dealing with social media. HootSuite Conversations lies in your HootSuite Dashboard, making it easier than ever to communicate without ever having to log out. In addition to that, HootSuite also offers Conversations with a pop-out window that allows you to continue working while communicating with team members.

From what I’ve seen with HootSuite Conversations, it looks as though this is simply another social media platform for social media managers to communicate. You can hold real-time conversations, almost like an instant message service and even post directly to your social media from a conversation within HootSuite Conversations (and send social media updates to your conversation).

Integration with HootSuite Teams

HootSuite Conversations is meant to integrate and coincide directly with HootSuite Teams. HootSuite Teams is a feature that allows users to divide people into organized teams based on criteria such as department, title, etc. By dividing team members up based on department level, users can streamline the social media communication process with the introduction of HootSuite Conversations.

I think the addition of HootSuite Conversations will only bring more value to the awesome service HootSuite already provides.

Have you had a chance to hold a HootSuite Conversation? What do you think of the introduction of this new tool?
